But – thing is – what worked for you then, isn’t really working for you now. Whether it’s kids or the travelling required for your job or the seemingly endless demands on your life, your health isn’t your priority and you might be out of balance.

There IS a solution to your health desires and it’s not as hard as you think.

 

You don’t need any fancy-pants kitchen skills or Superman willpower to do it (willpower is a total bust anyway). 

 

Good nutrition is simple, fresh and fun. And it can be fast, convenient and darn tasty too.

 

Why my approach?

 

I teach how to eat more raw foods and plant foods without the dogma and the fanaticism. 

But I’ll let you in on my secret now: I’m inspired and I’m passionate about plant-based health and nutrition but I’m no preacher.

 

You’re not going to see me finger-wagging at you for those two pieces of chocolate cake you ate last night or the extra-large latte you savored every sip of this morning.

 

In fact, what my clients love about me most is my gentle, kind and non-judgmental approach to whole foods. Why? 


Lasting change was never made through fear or guilt!
 

 

But I will tempt you – with grace and delicious goods – to push out of your comfort zone into that best self you were meant to be, so the raw power of plant foods are tingling at your fingertips.

 

That person you were at your best (in your 20’s, 30’s or teens?)? She’s got nothing on your now.

I have attended the Living Light Culinary Arts Institute in Fort Bragg, California, a world-recognized raw food education centre. 

I’m a Certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. In addition to a health educator, I also have a strong background as a health researcher and received my Master’s Degree from Carleton University.

I have an eye for scholarly research and I temper all my health claims with the logic of a researcher married with that of a holistic-minded health practitioner.

I have one published paper in a peer-reviewed scholarly journal, as well as four other editing credits for scholarly researchers in the primary health care field:
