This video demonstrates how easy it is to make a delicious and nutritious green smoothie. While kale is my personal favourite, I suggest newbies start with spinach (about 1-2 cups), since it has a milder taste. Note: you can make this the night before and store in the fridge for a frosty green smoothie breakfast.
Two ripe mangoes
Two handfuls baby spinach
1 cup strawberries, stems removed
2 sprigs fresh mint, stems removed
Juice from half a lemon
Blend all ingredients until fully incorporated, as shown in video.
