Minty Cucumber Juice
2 servings
A nice light alternative to your green juice and great for beginners.
2 cucumbers
1 apple or pear
½ bunch of mint
1 to 2” piece of gingerroot
Run through a juicer and rerun the pulp through once more if necessary. Drink within 20-30 minutes to get maximum benefit of the enzymes.
